Share Your Experience with Comparative Genomics in Eukaryotic Organisms!
This session is for:
- Researchers, clinicians, educators, developers, librarians, and students that perform eukaryotic comparative genomics in their work
- Users of NCBI data, tools, and resources for eukaryotic comparative genomics analyses (e.g., BLAST, Datasets, Gene, Genome Data Viewer, Multiple Sequence Alignment Viewer, Comparative Genome Viewer, etc.)

NIH is undertaking a project to facilitate reliable comparative genomics analyses for all eukaryotic organisms. The Comparative Genomics Resource (CGR) is a National Library of Medicine (NLM) project to establish an interoperable suite of National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) repositories and knowledgebases offering high-value data, tools, and interfaces compatible with community-provided organism resources.

To ensure the CGR project successfully serves the needs of the comparative genomics community, this listening session aims to gather your perspective on:
- Genomics tools and resources you use
- How well current NCBI resources meet your needs
- Resource gaps and barriers in comparative genomics that NCBI could address

Community collaboration is critical to CGR’s success.
We appreciate your time and insights.

We have limited seats available, so we will confirm your registration if your interests and experience align with this initiative.
